Shipping and Exchange

Physical Deliverables (if any, like merchandise or thank-you gifts):

• Products are shipped within 10 working days of order confirmation.

• Tracking details are shared via email.

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items within 7 days of receipt.

• Nehru Bal Samiti is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

• Note: Currently, we are primarily a non-profit and do not operate an e-commerce model. If physical delivery is involved (for gifts or materials), this policy applies.
